By using kwazar.ai you agree to these terms. kwazar.ai is operated by Epfop Limited, registered in England & Wales (company number 9701795).

2. Service Description

kwazar.ai provides AI-powered tools to help sellers create marketplace listings. The service is currently in private beta.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only use kwazar.ai for lawful purposes
• You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
• You are responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish to marketplaces

4. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content produced by kwazar.ai using your product images is owned by you. The kwazar.ai platform, branding, and codebase are owned by Epfop Limited.

5. Limitation of Liability

kwazar.ai is provided as-is during beta. Epfop Limited is not liable for listing errors, marketplace rejections, or AI-generated inaccuracies. Always review listings before publishing.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
